The Posh Picnic strives in making your experience pleasant and unforgettable. Terms and conditions are as stated. Prices are subject to change.
Weather - The Posh Picnic is located in the central east region of Florida. Due to the climate changes in weather the weather policy is as follows. The Posh Picnic will only set up in safe weather and will try our hardest to re locate if needed to safer location. Lightning is a very dangerous component of a storm and will not put clients or staff in any unsafe conditions. Reservations are weather permitting, since we don't control the weather. If unable to relocate or have scheduled picnic or event, The Posh picnic will reschedule to another time. No refunds for weather related issues only reschedules.
Food- When booking an event please let us know if you have any food sensitivities.
Furniture and Decor- The client resumes all responsibilities for all damages or loss to furniture, rugs, signages, props, floral arrangements, tables, table setting decor, food carriers or ground decor. Client is to use furniture and decor only for its intended purposes. In case of spillage or damages cleaning fees will be applied.
Cancellations Credits or Refunds- Parties of two, three or four will not be offered a refund unless notice of 2 weeks or longer are applied. Cancellations and no shows will not be issued a credit or refund. Parties of 5-16 will not be issued a refund unless notice of thirty days or more is given. Parties that are cancelled within seven days of an event will be charged the remaining balance with no issued credit. Two weeks before an event is considered "locked in."
Fees for travel- If booked outside of the New Smyrna, Edgewater or Port Orange region a dollar a mile fee will apply.
Location- When attending an event most have access to public arenas. The Posh Picnic realizes we cannot guarantee locations, due to being in a public place. We cannot control the public therefore, we cannot control privacy. The Posh Picnic may have to move a picnic due to safety, weather, view, shade or privacy. We will do our best to move to the area that suits fit. Most beaches and parks do not allow alcohol or glass.
Accessibility- Accessibility may change due to an event or the needs of a client. Please let us know if there are any special needs or handicaps that may help better pick your location. The Florida terrain will change and The Posh Picnic is not responsible for liability due to falls, injury, bites, sunburns, burns or losses. If you book a beach event you do so at your own risk. We do our best to plan for tides however, there may be a possibility of a rogue wave and you and you belonging will get wet. The Posh Picnic is not responsible for any damages to your items.
Covid -19- The Posh Picnic strives to protect clients, staff and vendors from the spread of covid -19. The Posh Picnic follows all CDC state and local guidelines It is the clients responsibility to notify the Posh Picnic if any infections before event occurs. The Posh Picnic will do our best to reschedule to accommodate the client.
